1 Clement
A letter from the church at Rome to the church at Corinth, appealing for peace, humility and the restoration of orderly leadership. It draws extensively on Israel's Scriptures and examples of faithfulness.
Place in the traditions
Traditionally associated with Clement of Rome. It is a different work from Ethiopic Clement (Qalementos) and cannot fill that place in the Ethiopian canon.
