King James Version
>
Yahweh
, don't
rebuke me in your
anger, Neither discipline
me in your
wrath
.
O
LORD
, rebuke me not
in thine
anger, neither chasten
me in thy
hot
displeasure
.
Have mercy on
me, Yahweh,
for I am faint.
Yahweh
, heal me ,
for my bones are troubled
.
Have mercy upon
me, O
LORD;
for I am weak:
O
LORD
, heal me ;
for my bones are vexed
.
My soul is also in
great
anguish.
But you
, Yahweh--
how long?
My soul is also sore
vexed:
but thou
, O
LORD,
how long?
Return, Yahweh.
Deliver my soul ,
And
save me for your
loving
kindness
' sake.
Return, O
LORD,
deliver my soul :
oh
save me for thy
mercies
' sake.
For in death there is no memory
of you.
In Sheol,
who shall give you
thanks?
For in death there is no remembrance
of thee:
in the
grave
who shall give thee
thanks?
I am weary with my groaning; Every
night I flood
my bed; I drench
my couch with my tears.
I am weary with my groaning; all
the
night make
I my bed to
swim
; I water
my couch with my tears.
My
eye wastes
away
because of grief; It grows
old because of all my
adversaries
.
Mine
eye is
consumed
because of grief; it waxeth
old because of all mine
enemies
.
Depart from me, all you
workers of iniquity ,
For Yahweh
has
heard the voice of my weeping.
Depart from me, all ye
workers of iniquity ;
for the
LORD
hath
heard the voice of my weeping.
Yahweh
has
heard my supplication .
Yahweh
accepts
my prayer.
The
LORD
hath
heard my supplication ;
the
LORD
will
receive
my prayer.
May
all my
enemies be ashamed and dismayed.
They
shall
turn
back,
they
shall
be disgraced
suddenly.
Let
all mine
enemies be ashamed and sore
vexed:
let
them
return
and
be ashamed
suddenly.
