the
Ziphites
went
to
Saul
and
said,
“Is
David
not
hiding
among
us?”
Save me, O God, by Your
name, and vindicate
me by Your
might!
Save me, O God, by thy
name, and judge
me by thy
strength.
Hear my prayer, O God; listen
to the words of my mouth.
Hear my prayer, O God; give
ear
to the words of my mouth.
For strangers rise
up against me, and ruthless
men
seek my life—
men
with
no
regard
for
God. Selah
For strangers are
risen
up against me, and oppressors
seek after
my soul:
they
have
not
set
God before
them

Surely
God is my
helper ;
the Lord is the
sustainer
of
my soul.
Behold,
God is mine
helper :
the Lord is with
them
that
uphold
my soul.
He will
reward my
enemies
with
evil .
In
Your
faithfulness,
destroy
them.

reward evil unto

enemies:
cut
them off

thy
truth

eyes
